ISSUE: Teachers are receiving a blank page when attempting to attach anything to an assignment.  This only seems to happen in Google Chrome for Mac.


Workaround: 

1. Open a new tab and login to classroom.google.com from there and try again
2. Close browser and then reopen
3. Go to another class and then back to the one you are trying to upload files for. 

This is not the first time Google Chrome has had issues after an update and especially not the first time with Chrome for Mac.  

If you are not having issues, that is great and continue on as normal.  If you are, please try the above and see how it works for you.  If nothing works, try using Safari (as long as you are running MacOS 14).

  • Make sure that all operating system, browser and app updates have been done
  • Turn off *ALL* browser extensions
