PROBLEM: Some apps are not working on the iPad.  The app crashes or doesn't load.


SOLUTION: 

1. Check to make sure your iPad is updated to the most recent iOS version.  If it isn't, then update.  
2. If you are already updated to the most recent iOS version, then press and hold on the app having issues until you receive the option to delete the app.  Delete the app and wait for it to re-download.
