Issue: I cannot browse the Internet or do a Google search even though it shows I am connected to the Internet.
Solution: This is due to not being logged into the web filter. In order to browse the Internet, you must log in to google to be allowed access to the rest of the Internet. Login to Google on your browser and remain logged in.
