Staff and Students,


From now on you will be required to login to access the Support Ticket Portal.  

1. Click on the support ticket quick link on your iPad or go to our website, click on tech support, and then fill out a support ticket.

2. From there you will want to login from the upper right.  Click login and you will see a login page.

3. On the right hand side there will be the option to login using google.  Click on that and login using your HAST email.  If the issue is you cannot remember your password for your email, you may use a personal email account and sign up for a new account.
