When we installed the print drivers, we also set up a specific preset for your laptop to print. It is imperative you make sure you are printing using the correct preset. The correct preset should be default-1 or POD Printer (depending how we set yours up). When you select file/print, you should see something very similar to the image below. Make sure your printer is set to the correct IP address and make sure Default-1 or POD Printer is selected. This preset has your code attached to it and allows the printer to recognize your device.
