Problem:
My Apple TV will not turn on.
Solution:
Is the Apple TV turned on? Can you see the light on the Apple TV? If yes, then make sure your projector is on HDMI. If no, then take your remote and press the power button. Make sure your remote is charged. You may need to plug it into a charger if it has not been used in a while.
At NO TIME should you or your students get a ladder and attempt to unplug the Apple TV or projector from the ceiling. If the above solution does not work, fill out a support ticket and we will assist as as we can.
