Issue: A common issue is that the Powerschool App on the student iPads does not show grades.
This is caused by a synching error with Powerschool and is very simple to deal with.
Solution: Simply have them log out of their Powerschool account and then log back in. If they do not know their Powerschool login information, check the spreadsheet shared with all staff titled "Powerschool Student Access ID". Once they log back in it will re synch with the servers and will show their grades.
This commonly will have to be done after an iOS update or an App update.
